Escape to the rolling hills of Tuscany for a retreat designed to slow you down, awaken your creativity, and reconnect you with your body and the BEAUTY that is within you and around you. Through daily Yoga Synergy practice, hands-on creative workshops, and mindful moments in nature, Root & Flow invites to move, create, and simply be. Each morning, we will flow through a Yoga Synergy session designed to awaken the body and quiet the mind. Later, we'll gather to create with our hands - journaling, making, drawing, planting or picking - letting our creativity unfold naturally. Draft of the Daily Flow 7:30-9:00 - Yoga Synergy session to awaken the body. 9:00 - 10:00 - Nourishing breakfast with fresh local ingredients (often from the garden!). 11:00 - 13:00 - Free time / workshop / excursions. 13:00 - 14:00 Homecooked lunch in the porch overlooking the garden. 14:30 - 15:30 - Own time 15:30 - 19:00 - Spa / workshops / massage / Yoga Synergy 19:30 - Community dinner, our group gathers together for the last meal of the day. 21:00 - I will plan some Sound Healing or Guided Relaxation for after dinner on one or two nights. THE LOCATION Podere la Gualda Vecchia is a charming countryside villa with a garden spa, a sensory garden, cozy rooms and breathtaking views. Imagine waking up to the soft sounds of nature, enjoying warm Tuscan sun on your skin, practicing yoga in the forest and dining under the stars with fresh local food. This location only allows for small groups, which creates an intimate feeling right from the start. WHAT'S INCLUDED - 4 nights' accomodation in a shared room in a newly-renovated Tuscan villa. - Nourishing meals made with fresh, local ingredients. - Daily Yoga Synergy Sessions in the yurta. - Yoga set (mat, bolster, straps, blanket) - Creative workshops (Make your own body products with Arianna) - Access to the spa in the garden (once per trip, extra access can be arranged for a 45€ fee) - Group trip to the sea. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Where you choose to book a holiday with us you agree and acknowledge that there is an increased risk of you being unable to take the holiday on that date due to pandemics or unexpected events. In these circumstances you must obtain travel insurance to protect you from any risk that you cannot travel on the original date booked. Guest Cancellation If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify Arianna Montanari in writing. Once Arianna Montanari has received your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following: If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to departure date any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. For retreats which have been fully paid and no deposit has been stated, the deposit amount will be 25% of total fee or 5000kr (whichever is greater), minus a 500kr admin fee. If cancellation takes place less than 60 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited. Any amount forfeited, which has not then been paid to Arianna Montanari by you, will be recovered from you by Arianna Montanari as a debt due and payable. Changes/Trip Cancellations/Refund Policy Arianna Montanari reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by their team, trip leaders, teachers or partners. In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of Arianna Montanari they will offer a transfer to another trip or a full refund of your funds. Arianna Montanari is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. Arianna Montanari reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure in the event due to travel retsrictions due to pandemics or in rare instances such as low guest numbers, in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to Arianna Montanari. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visas, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).
