About mielestrega
My name is Arianna Montanari, and my mission is to share the love for reconnecting with our bodies and mind, through natural movement, Yoga Synergy, mindful body products I make by hand, and by sharing the beauty of beekeeping.
I founded mielestrega in 2020 and Yoga Synergy Sweden in 2021. Today, I teach Synergy classes in central Stockholm, work with clients through tailored online programs, and continue to share tools for cultivating balance, presence, and vitality in everyday life.

I guide you on a journey to vitality and longevity with intimate and personalised yoga classes, designed for every body and experience level.

Synergy Online - 1:1 and Group Programmes
The online programmes are designed to go deeper into the practice, combining the fluid meditative synergy practice with journaling, meditation and somatic work.
Retreats
Whether it is for a day, a weekend or a week, taking a break is a necessary activity that I strive to normalise. Just as important as brushing teeth or showering.
The retreat in October 2025 was the first retreat abroad, and I can't wait for the next one!

I have never practiced yoga before, can I join any class?
The Synergy practice builds on wherever you are now. Since the movements and the sequences are so different everybody who tries this for the first time is "a beginner". I am very vocal about making the practice possible and sustainable for yourself, you meet the practice at your level and the practice will meet you.
It is beautiful to see how different people with different backgrounds assimilate the Synergy practice!
I have tried yoga before, but it was either too slow or too fast.
Then you are in the right place! What I offer are dynamic classes, fluid movements, challenging your balance, your presence. It is not training, it is more like a dance. With practice, it can become a meditation in movement.
Yoga Synergy is great combination of yin and yang, expansion and relaxation, holding and letting go.
Is it possible to come as drop-in?
I have drop-in in all in-studio classes. Klippkort are also available.
Drop-in is not possible for online programmes (exceptions can be made).
