Move From Within is an online Yoga Synergy course for building a body that feels strong, mobile, functional and alive, while staying connected to what actually feels right for you. Staying TUNED.

This autumn, we are exploring how to do the thing without forcing it.

How to build consistency without becoming rigid. How to get stronger without hardening. How to become more mobile without stretching yourself into discomfort. How to create structure without losing your freedom.

You will move, breathe, slow down, challenge yourself, soften, explore and listen.

THE AUTUMN PRACTICE

Each week for 8 weeks, we meet online for a live Yoga Synergy class where we explore a different aspect of movement, body awareness and inner connection.

You will develop:

STRENGTH Build support and stability without unnecessary tension.

MOBILITY Move with more freedom, control and confidence.

FUNCTION Learn to use your body in a way that supports your actual life, not an idealised version of it.

SOFTNESS Discover that softness is not weakness. It can be one of your greatest sources of strength.

AWARENESS Learn to recognise what your body is communicating before it has to shout.

CONSISTENCY Create a practice you can actually live with, rather than another promise you have to keep.

And underneath all of it:

TRUST.

The ability to listen to yourself, make choices from within, and stay connected to who you are while life keeps moving around you. OH I love this for you.
